Steps to a successful campaign
Step 1:
Contact Us and we will check the availability of our vehicles for your proposed dates.
Step 2:
Production of posters. All our posters are printed on pvc banner material. They have a long shelf life and can be re-used again and again. You can design and print your poster yourself if you are not in a position to do this we can put you in contact with the people who can. Our firm also use a high quality paper poster this can lower your cost.
The banners are very durable and more often than not our clients re-use them either on our vehicle or by putting them on their own poster sites-a great way of extending your campaign and cheaper too.
As you have seen we have 2 sides to our poster vans- 2, 20″ x 10″ side panels, a The artwork and messages can be different on each panel if you wish.
Step 3:
The route and times. You can either supply your own route or we can help you with it. Depending on the objective behind your campaign, the idea is to attract as many people to look at your message. We can achieve this either by driving slowly around busy roads and/or finding a busy spot where there is a heavy flow of pedestrians/vehicle traffic. From our experience, we suggest you mix and match.
We also recommend you keep your route tight and compact. Try and cover smaller areas more often than very large areas just the once.
Consistency of message will prove to be more effective.
Some of our clients pre-arrange parking in shopping centres and our drivers to hand out leaflets for you-like a mini roadshow.
Our normal times of operation are 9am – 6pm but we can be flexible.
You may want to start your campaign later and finish later one day and start earlier and finish earlier next (NO PROBLEM). We can accommodate you and you can even change the times and routes if there is a change of plan right up to the last minute contacting the driver on his mobile.
Step 4:
Start of campaign. We will need you to give us a contact point and an address where you want the vehicle to be on the first day as well as the meeting time. We will obviously need this information in advance.
If not to have to meet anyone or check in, either the driver or our office will call you with an update and the mobile number to our driver. You will then be able to keep in touch with him direct or via our office.
